The following information outlines the lengths of standard Optilock displays as well as basic installation information and required depths.

Optilock lengths:  Standard 12 frame wall or base mounted display - 1206mm high, minimum mounting depth - 175mm

                                   Standard 15 frame wall or base mounted display - 1445mm high, minimum mounting depth - 175mm

                                  Standard 18 frame wall or base mounted display - 1685mm high, minimum mounting depth - 175mm

Attachment.        

Optilock is very simple to install. Wall mounted types use slim aluminum pylons that screw to the mounting surface, the display then clips
into the pylon. Pylons are usually placed under the lock housing at the base of the display and under the top cap at  the top of the display
although they can be placed at any point down the length of the display if required. 

Base mounted types have different end caps (no pylons are used) with two screw holes in each end for mounting. The base cap is fixed to
the display and the top cap is left floating to make installation simple. This allows the installer to attach the base of the display and then lift
the top cap up to meet the pelmet. The top cap can extend 10mm to meet the pelmet. Therefore the distance between bench top and
pelmet should be 5-10mm greater than the length of the display.

A combination of mounts is also possible, for example the display could be attached to a bench with a base mount and attached to the wall
at the top of the display with a wall pylon.
